Okay Tampa Bay, it’s time for some friendly competition, treadmill style! Let’s beat Jacksonville! Are you ready?
Okay, here’s what you have to do.
Complete a 30 minute treadmill workout at any Tampa YMCA location, (you don’t have to be a member) or by posting on social media from 6:30AM – 6:30PM today. Walk, jog or run, it doesn’t matter, just get on that treadmill for at least 30 minutes.
At the Tampa area YMCA locations the staff will record your distance but if you prefer to workout at home, just take a quick picture of the treadmill dashboard that displays your mileage and time and post it to your social media account, facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc. with #TreadmillTuesday @YMCA
This is the second year that Tampa is competing against Jax and last year we only lost by 176 miles! So come one, get out there, get on that treadmill and give me some miles! GO!
