As a runner it is so important to keep your hips as strong as possible. I have a hard time remembering that because let’s face, I just love to run and that’s pretty much it. If I had my choice that’s really all I would do. Unfortunately, you can’t run all the time. You need balance and you need strength.
Recently I found a total body strength workout that I really like because I really feel like it’s working. And also because it makes me feel graceful, which let’s face it, I’m absolutely not.
It’s the routine that the professional ballerinas from the American Ballet Theatre do to strengthen and tone their bodies every day.
