For the most part I try to live a healthy life.  I run several days a week.  I lift a little weight here and there, I incorporate some strength training, and I do love a barre routine once a week, even twice a week, (if I can still move after the first one.)

My diet, well, that’s another story.  I would say that I eat healthy about 70% of the time but maybe it’s more like 90% or even more like 20%.  Who knows really because let’s be honest, there are all kinds of opinions regarding what’s healthy and what’s not.

I will never tell you that how you eat or the type of diet that you follow is right or wrong because I’m not a dietician nor do I play one on the internet.  But, whether you’re Gluten free, Paleo, Vegan or even Pegan, just do you.  And have a sense of humor about it.

  1. I love Amy Schumer…she definitely keeps it real 🙂 And as far as what to eat and dieting goes, I’m with you. Life’s way too short to be so consumed by every morsel that passes by your lips…enjoy and laugh!

    • If you like Amy, check out her video on youtube, it’s ‘milk, milk, lemonade’ and it is hilarious. I wanted to put it on the blog a few weeks ago but it’s not ‘family friendly’ hehe.

  2. Depends on the day! Most if the time I eat pretty healthy but I allow myself something sweet every day! Don’t follow any particular diet other than dairy free Bc I’m lactose intolerant
