So y’all know I love my sweets. I’m a big snacker, especially in-between meals so when I heard about the opportunity to try MealEnders, ‘The Antidote to Overeating’ as a #sweatpink ambassador, I jumped at the chance. I don’t do a lot of product reviews but if there happens to be a product out there that could help me stop that constant snacking, I seriously wanted to give it a try.
In a nutshell, MealEnders is a little candy that comes in 4 flavors, citrus, cinnamon, mocha and chocolate mint. After eating a meal, you pop a candy in your mouth and it helps you to stop snacking and overeating. Sounds pretty awesome right?

MealEnders is a candy with 2 very different layers. The first layer is sweet and creamy and the inside layer is cool and tingly. It works on 3 different levels, behavioral, sensory and psychological.
From a behavioral standpoint, it fills the 20 minute gap that a typical person has before they begin to feel full after eating. It also creates a pause in your eating patterns so you can develop healthier behaviors.
From a sensory standpoint, the sweet outer coating satisfies your craving for dessert and the cool, tingly inner flavor helps to decrease cravings. It also engages the trigeminal nerve which distracts your mind from overeating.
Psychologically, it gives you a sense of control and helps you to develop healthier eating habits.
After a meal or anytime you want to snack, you pop a MealEnder into your mouth and then you suck on it but don’t bite into it. The key is to savor the flavor.

The simple answer is yes. It did work for me. I used the MealEnders after eating and at times when I typically want to snack, (while driving and working on the computer). I was worried that I wouldn’t like the taste but I actually really like the cinnamon and the citrus a lot. The mocha flavor is good, but not my favorite and because I really don’t like mint, the chocolate mint was not the biggest hit with me either, but it was better than I expected. In all of the flavors, the outer layer is sort of creamy, and the inner layer taste a bit like a refreshing mint.
